It's getting hotter, summer is almost here--and that makes me think of my favorite event of the Philadelphia summer, the Live Arts Festival and Philly Fringe. This was my hands-down favorite at last year's fringe. But maybe you had to be there.
I didn't make it to many Live Arts performances (too broke, even though tickets were mostly just $25), but I did catch Sweet By-and-By, a collaboration between our own Pig Iron Theatre Company and Teater Slava. It was gorgeous, moving, and gave me that "I LOVE LIVE THEATER!!!" feeling.
Come on, September ...
